During the July 4th parade in Lititz several months ago, the U.S. Army Veteran below rode in a vintage jeep. No name was on the sign attached to the back of vehicle. Just two words: "WWII Paratrooper."
We see these unassuming, humble heroes each day whether it be in a grocery store aisle, at a local restaurant or on park bench.
Although Labor Day is a time to reflect on the American Worker, I am reflecting on those valiant soldiers, both men and women, who protect me so that I can be free to work wherever I choose.
So, on this Labor Day, thank the Military for given you the freedom to live in a country where you can do and be anything that you want to be.
